Join us on February 13th & 14th for a romantic evening in Lunenburg

Martin has designed a beautiful five course dinner menu to highlight the season – wine pairings to be announced shortly!

FIRST DISH

Grilled Root Salad

house made ricotta, grilled root vegetables,

pickled Hakori turnips, frisée, fresh oregano

Artic Char

lightly smoked artic char, quail’s egg, marinated hen of the woods mushrooms,

Nova Scotia ginger, sea rocket vinaigrette

Oyster Fritto

crispy Malpeque oysters, warm ratatouille,

watercress, olive oil, lemon
