tuna tartare with black lentil & seaweed purée; avocado & red chili paste

Rabbit & Duck
roulade of valley rabbit confit, house made prune jelly,
smoked duck breast, seared foie gras, Armagnac gelée

roasted carrots, almonds, Pleasant Hill Farms micro greens,
