shaved fennel, apple & shallot vinaigrette

In house Smoked Salmon
Sustainable Danish salmon cured & smoked in house, pickled onion, watermelon radish,
whipped goat’s cheese, capers, homemade pumpernickel

Seared Quebec foie gras, in house duck boudin blanc,
